Be decisive.  The unknown is exactly that and can suspend you in the fear fog of "what ifs".  This will frustrate you and those around you.  Collect information from trusted sources and then act.  Tune in to your experience that allows you to recognize patterns in your environment and pick the logical path that resonates with you.  It is better to change paths then forever be stuck in the fork in the road.

Learn from others.  Watch the behaviours of others that lead to both failures and successes. Look for those behaviours in yourself.  The advice of failing quickly is sound and observing the faux pas of other entrepreneurs will help you fail even faster.

Mind the gaps.  Control is essential to entrepreneurs and you can't be an expert in everything.  Honestly evaluate your own strengths and find experts you can trust to provide the rest.  Know where to find the information you need
